These healthy snacks will help you get through the afternoon. And they contain no more than 100 Kcal.
Are you hungry, but afraid that you will immediately eat the entire bowl of popcorn or throw a pizza in the oven? This healthy snacks contain at most one hundred calories.
Healthy snacks
- 2 tablespoons Hummus and a piece of pita bread
- 20 roasted peanuts
- 1 slice of turkey and a slice cheese
- Salad of 1 slice Mozzarella in pieces, 1 tomato in cubes and a little balsamic vinegar
- 1 rice waffle with 1 level tablespoon of chocolate spread
- 1 mug Tomato soup with a breadstick
- 150 grams soybeans with a little bit of salt
- Greek bowl yogurt with a handful of blueberries
- About 25 grams popcorn
- 4 carrots
- Half a cup soybeans
- Hand with about 15 almonds
- 10 small ones carrots with 2 tablespoons of hummus
- 28 grapes
